This Montana agate ring was designed as a stackable ode to the badlands pieces. It was named after the vast wind-carved rock landscape that scatters across eastern Montana.
Montana agate is actually a variation of Chalcedony. It’s known for its diverse natural scenic landscapes, which vary from one stone to another. Montana agate forms from the natural combination of silica-rich water and minerals, such as iron, that seep deep within decaying wood left behind by ancient volcanic activity in the Yellowstone area.
Montana Agate properties: known for grounding, stabilizing, and nurturing energies. It promotes balance, patience, and clarity.
This stone is highly resistant to weathering from daily wear. Long-term exposure to natural elements, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or sunscreen can still affect the colors and shine of the stone.
